ASC2를 위한 ASC항체

ASC 항체(F-9)는 TMS1 또는 PYCARD로도 알려진 CARD(ASC)를 포함하는 세포자멸사 관련 반점 단백질을 표적으로 하는 쥐 단일 클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. 항-ASC 항체(F-9)는 인간 ASC의 N-말단 아미노산 1-120에 대해 생성되며, 웨스턴 블랏팅(WB), 면역침전법(IP), 면역형광법(IF), 파라핀 포매 절편을 이용한 면역조직화학(IHCP), 효소결합 면역흡착 분석법(ELISA) 등의 기법을 사용하여 마우스, 랫트, 인간에서 ASC 단백질을 검출하는 데 효과적입니다. We can see a number of ASC specks in human macrophages treated with ATP control, but not untreated cells when cells were stained with this antibody after treatment. I recommend it!
