ARK-1, ARK-2 와NUAK1/ARK5를 위한 ARK 항체

ARK-1 항체(C-1)는 인간 유래의 ARK-1을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 ARK-1 항체입니다. ARK-1 항체(C-1)는 비접합 항-ARK-1 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-ARK-1 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 오로라 관련 키나아제-1(ARK-1, STK15, Aurora2, Aik1) 및 -2(ARK-2, STK12, Aurora1)는 유사 분열 시 중심 염색체 분리, 양극 스핀들 조립 및 염색체 분리를 조절하는 센트로좀 관련 세린/트레오닌 키나아제입니다. ARK-1과 -2는 핵에서 발현되며 유사 분열 중에 중심체, 스핀들 극(ARK-1) 및 중간체(ARK-2)와 같은 유사 분열 기계의 특정 부분에 국한됩니다. ARK-1 및 -2 전사체는 인간의 흉선과 태아의 간에서 높은 수준으로 존재합니다. ARK-1 단백질은 대장암 세포주(HT-29, SNU-C2B, COLO 205, SW480, 837 및 948)에서 발현이 증가하며 HeLa 세포의 전분화기 동안 축적됩니다. ARK-2 단백질 수준은 S 및 G2/M 단계에서 최대인 반면, ARK-1 단백질은 유비퀴틴-프로테아좀 경로를 통해 G2/M 이후에 분해됩니다. Antibody: show various bands which can represent shorter or longer forms of the protein. Apparent MW: about 22kDa, 46kDa, and 55kDa. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great!I used this antibody in a Western blot to validate an AURKA siRNA treatment with good results. It gives a clear band at ~50kD at 1:1000 dilution. There is also a nonspecific band at ~25kD.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Reasonably potent and fairly specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was detection of the ~46 kDa target in a HeLa/Jurkat cell lysate mix, but not in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested, except for ~52,~ 34 and ~20 kDa proteins. A ~20 kDa medium cross-reactive protein was also evident in the HeLa/Jurkat cell lysate mix.
