Thank you for your question. We currently offer AQP2-specific antibodies that were raised against 232-271 of human protein or against the C-terminus of rat protein.

Is it a goat-derived zebrin II antibody?

Hello, Our lab bought the new AQP2 ABs(sc-517170). We have got the amazing IHC slides in the rat kidney. However we can not get any results from Western Blots. Would you please help me to find the cause? I could not find the diluent composition here.Thx

Thank you for your question. Please contact our Technical Service Department for assistance in troubleshooting this antibody. We recommend using 5% nonfat milk + TBST for blocking, and for diluting both primary and secondary antibodies for Western blotting.
