ApoA-I Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I) in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ApoA-I is a crucial component of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in plasma, consisting of 243 amino acids, and plays a vital role in lipid metabolism by promoting the efflux of cholesterol from peripheral tissues to the liver for excretion.
