ANKRD10 Antibody (G-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ANKRD10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ANKRD10 Antibody (G-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ANKRD10 protein, also known as Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 10, consists of 420 amino acids and features four Ankyrin repeats, which are critical for mediating protein-protein interactions. This structural characteristic enables ANKRD10 to participate in various cellular processes, including signal transduction and gene expression regulation. ANKRD10 gene is located on chromosome 13, a region comprising nearly 4% of the human genome and housing important tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA2 and RB1, which are linked to breast cancer and retinoblastoma, respectively. Understanding ANKRD10 and its interactions can provide insights into potential implications in cancer biology and other diseases, making anti-ANKRD10 antibody (G-5) a valuable tool for researchers studying these pathways.
