SCYL3, also known as Protein-associating with the carboxyl-terminal domain of ezrin, is a 742 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and cytoskeletal organization. SCYL3 is characterized by a unique structure, which includes an N-terminal myristoylation consensus sequence, a protein kinase domain, two HEAT motifs, and a C-terminal ezrin-binding domain.
