PTP-PEST Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PTP-PEST of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PTP-PEST (H-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PTP-PEST, a cytosolic nonreceptor protein encoded by a gene located on chromosome 7q11.23, consists of 780 amino acids and plays a crucial role in regulating cellular signaling pathways through phosphatase activity. PTP-PEST interacts with several key signaling molecules, including Shc, paxillin, Csk, and Cas, which are vital for mediating cellular responses to external stimuli.
