Ly-6A/E Antibody (D7) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects the Ly-6A/E protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Ly-6A/E (D7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. Ly-6A/E plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in the activation of T lymphocytes, which is essential for effective adaptive immunity.
