LAT Antibody (11B.12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects LAT protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. LAT (11B.12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LAT protein, or linker for activation of T cells, is an integral membrane protein crucial for T cell receptor signaling, which is essential for initiating immune responses. LAT′s primary function is to act as a scaffold that facilitates the assembly of signaling complexes upon T cell activation, thereby promoting the phosphorylation of downstream signaling molecules.
