Cdc14b Phosphatase Antibody (G-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgA kappa light chain antibody that detects Cdc14b Phosphatase of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Cdc14b Phosphatase antibody (G-8) is available in a non-conjugated form, providing flexibility for various experimental needs. Cdc14b Phosphatase, also known as CDC14 cell division cycle 14 homolog B, is a crucial 498 amino acid protein belonging to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family, which plays a significant role in regulating the cell cycle. Cdc14b Phosphatase is primarily localized in the nucleus, where Cdc14b Phosphatase is involved in the dephosphorylation of proteins modified by proline-directed kinases, thereby influencing key cell cycle transitions. Cdc14b Phosphatase is highly homologous to the yeast protein Cdc14, which is essential for proper cell cycle control, highlighting Cdc14b Phosphatase′s importance in maintaining cellular integrity and function.
