Cdc14b Phosphatase Antibody (G-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgA kappa light chain antibody that detects Cdc14b Phosphatase of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Cdc14b Phosphatase antibody (G-8) is available in a non-conjugated form, providing flexibility for various experimental needs. Cdc14b Phosphatase, also known as CDC14 cell division cycle 14 homolog B, is a crucial 498 amino acid protein belonging to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family, which plays a significant role in regulating the cell cycle. Cdc14b Phosphatase is primarily localized in the nucleus, where Cdc14b Phosphatase is involved in the dephosphorylation of proteins modified by proline-directed kinases, thereby influencing key cell cycle transitions.
