Thank you for your question. This discontinued polyclonal antibody, sc-894 caveolin-1, is reactive with the alpha isoform. The epitope maps at the N-terminus of human caveolin-1, accession#Q03135.

Thank you for your question. Each vial contains rabbit IgG in 1.0 ml of PBS with < 0.1% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin. You would probably have to remove the gelatin in order to perform your conjugation reaction.

Thank you very much for your inquiry. The caveolin-1 Antibody (N-20) was provided at 100 µg IgG in 1 ml buffer. We would recommend to use a starting dilution of 1:50 for IHC(P). The number of slides that you can stain with one vial depends on the volume you are using for incubating each slide.
