Multiwell Cell Culture Microplates UltraCruz^®

UltraCruz^® Multiwell Cell Culture Microplates are sterile with clear flat bottoms and are supplied with clear, black or white frames suitable for cell culture applications. Solid bottom microplate options are available for fluorescent assays. Cell culture microplates come with clear lids with condensation rings and a chimney well design to reduce cross-contamination and feature individual rims that rise above the surface of the plate to aid in sealing by Cap Mat, thermal sealer, or adhesive sealer. Wells of the cell culture microplates are designed to minimize wicking and reduce air bubble formation. RNase/DNase-free, non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic, these microplates have a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-3 and have a footprint conforming to the ANSI/SBS 1-2004 Standard. Physical surface treatment of the multiwell microplates includes the incorporation of polar groups such as carboxyl and hydroxyl residues, which functionalizes the hydrophobic polystyrene surface to result in improved, consistent cell attachment. Multiwell Cell Culture Microplates are stackable with or without lids. The unique design ensures continuous heat and gas exchange within single or stacked plates. All available well formats of the cell culture plates are made of polystyrene, non-autoclavable, free of heavy metals and are labeled with alpha-numeric markings for easy identification of individual wells. UltraCruz^® Multiwell Cell Culture Microplates are available in 6 well plate, 12 well plate, 48 well plate, 96 well plate and 384 well plate formats.
