TSPAN8 Antibody (1E5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects TSPAN8 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TSPAN8 antibody (1E5) is available as the non-conjugated format. TSPAN8, also known as tetraspanin 8, TM4SF3, or CO-029, is a 237 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the tetraspanin family of transmembrane proteins. TSPAN8 is crucial for facilitating cell-cell interactions and is involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, which influences cell development, activation, growth, and motility.
