SNX11 Antibody (2G1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SNX11 (Sorting nexin-11) of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-SNX11 antibody (2G1) is available as a non-conjugated format. Sorting nexin-11 is a 270 amino acid protein characterized by a single phospholipid-binding PX domain, which plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking. The PX domain allows SNX11 to interact with specific phospholipids, facilitating involvement in various cellular processes such as membrane trafficking and protein sorting. This interaction maintains cellular homeostasis by aiding in proper localization and degradation of membrane proteins, influencing signal transduction and cellular responses.
