What is the recommended dilution of this antibody (sc-713, IGF1R C-20) for use in immunoprecipitation protocols?

Thank you for your question. For this antibody, IGF-IRβ (C-20): sc-713, we recommend using 0.2–2 µg of unconjugated primary antibody (optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration) for immunoprecipitation. When the antibody was used in the IP/IB, the bands were not present even when exposure time was increased.
