    IFN-α/βRβ Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects IFN-α/βRβ of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IFN-α/βRβ antibody (G-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The IFN-α/β receptor complex plays a crucial role in the immune response, mediating the effects of type I interferons, which are vital for establishing an antiviral state in cells. This receptor complex consists of two subunits, IFN-α/βRα and IFN-α/βRβ, with IFN-α/βRβ being essential for high-affinity binding and signal transduction. Type I interferons interact with the IFN-α/β receptor to activate downstream signaling pathways, leading to interferon-stimulated gene expression crucial for antiviral defense and immune regulation. Understanding IFN-α/β receptor complex structure and function helps develop therapeutic strategies against viral infections and autoimmune diseases, while enhancing interferon-based treatment efficacy.
