Hep B cAg Antibody (1.B.315) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Hep B cAg of Hepatitis B by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Hep B cAg, or core antigen, plays a crucial role in the Hepatitis B virus life cycle as Hep B cAg encapsulates the viral genome, forming the core of the virus. This structural protein is essential for the assembly of new viral particles and serves as a key indicator of viral replication and infection status. The presence of Hep B cAg in serum is often associated with active viral replication, making Hep B cAg a vital marker for diagnosing and monitoring Hepatitis B infections. Understanding the dynamics of Hep B cAg is important for developing effective therapeutic strategies and vaccines, as Hep B cAg provides insights into the virus′s behavior and interaction with the host′s immune system. Anti-Hep B cAg antibody (1.B.315) is specifically designed to facilitate research and diagnostic applications, enabling scientists and clinicians to better understand and combat Hepatitis B virus infections.
