FGF-21 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FGF-21 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FGF-21 Antibody (A-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FGF-21, a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family, plays a crucial role in metabolic regulation, particularly in glucose and lipid metabolism, making FGF-21 an important target for research in metabolic disorders and obesity.
