    SEE ALSO...

ephrin-A1 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects ephrin-A1 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ephrin-A1, also known as LERK-1 or B61, plays a crucial role in cell signaling and communication, particularly in the development and function of the central nervous system. Anti-ephrin-A1 antibody (B-12) interacts with EphA2 (Eck) and EphA3 receptors, facilitating bidirectional signaling that influences cellular processes such as migration, adhesion, and differentiation. The importance of ephrin-A1 lies in its ability to regulate neuronal connections and synaptic plasticity, which are essential for learning and memory. Dysregulation of ephrin-A1 signaling has been implicated in various neurological disorders, making ephrin-A1 a significant target for research in neurobiology and therapeutic interventions. Anti-ephrin-A1 antibody (B-12) provides a valuable tool for studying these processes and understanding the underlying mechanisms of diseases associated with Eph receptor signaling.
