DDX11 Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects DDX11 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DDX11, also known as CHLR1 or KRG2, is a crucial member of the DEAD-box protein family, characterized by the conserved Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp motif, and is known for essential roles in RNA metabolism and chromosomal dynamics. DDX11 is primarily localized in the nucleus, where DDX11 plays a vital role in maintaining genomic stability by facilitating proper chromosome segregation during cell division.
