Cdc25A Antibody (3H2016) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a light chain antibody that detects Cdc25A in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Cdc25A plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation, particularly in the transition from G2 phase to mitosis, by acting as a phosphatase that dephosphorylates and activates the cyclin-dependent kinase Cdc2. This activation is essential for proper progression of mitosis, as Cdc25A allows cells to enter the mitotic phase at the right time, ensuring accurate cell division and maintaining genomic stability.
