CD10 Antibody (SN5c/L4-1A1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CD10 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD10, also known as the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA) and neutral endopeptidase (NEP), is a type II integral membrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role as a zinc metalloprotease, cleaving various biologically active peptides, including Angiotensins I and II. The enzymatic activity of CD10 regulates peptide levels in the extracellular environment, influencing processes such as blood pressure regulation and immune responses. CD10 is predominantly expressed on early B and T lymphoid precursors, B blasts, certain granulocytes, bone marrow stromal cells, and specific epithelial cells, including some tumor cell lines, making CD10 an important marker for diagnosing common acute lymphocytic leukemias and certain lymphomas. Anti-CD10 antibody (SN5c/L4-1A1) versatility in multiple applications enhances research and clinical utility, providing valuable insights into CD10′s role in various biological processes and disease states.
