TrkA family transport protein Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TrkA family transport protein of Streptococcus equi subsp. equi 4047 origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TrkA family transport protein Antibody (A-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TrkA family transport protein (A-9) antibody recognizes a membrane-bound protein that plays a crucial role in transporting essential nutrients across the bacterial cell membrane, vital for the survival and virulence of Streptococcus equi subspecies equi. Anti-TrkA family transport protein antibody (A-9) targets a protein located in the bacterial membrane, where specific substrates necessary for metabolic processes and growth are transported. Understanding TrkA family transport protein′s function and location provides insights into potential therapeutic targets for treating infections caused by this pathogen. Streptococcus equi subspecies equi causes strangles, a highly contagious disease in horses characterized by severe respiratory symptoms and lymphadenitis, making transport protein research critical for developing effective interventions.
