SESN2 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SESN2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-SESN2 antibody (D-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SESN2, also known as sestrin 2, HI95, SES2, or SEST2, consists of 480 amino acids and is a member of the sestrin family of PA26-related proteins. SESN2 is predominantly expressed in various tissues, where SESN2 plays a vital role in regulating cell growth and survival, particularly under stress conditions. SESN2 is involved in the cellular response to oxidative stress and DNA damage, leading to upregulation in such scenarios.
