Thank you for your question. The exact immunogen sequence is considered proprietary. However, I can provide you with a 50 amino acid range of where the immunogen is located. PTEN (N-19): sc-6818 was raised against a sequence between amino acids 1-50 of PTEN of human origin (accession# P60484). Over the last several years we have made an effort to develop and promote our monoclonal antibody product line as we feel that monoclonal antibodies are overall a better product than polyclonal antibodies.  We now offer around 21,000 monoclonal antibodies, covering essentially all targets covered by polyclonal antibodies. We will be selling our polyclonal antibodies until December 16, 2016.
