Proteasome Substrate II est un substrat fluorogène pour l'activité d'hydrolyse des peptidylglutamyl-peptides (de type caspase) du protéasome. Il peut être stimulé en présence d'ions Mg2+ et rapidement inactivé par le N-acétyllimidazole.
