PRL-R Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PRL-R of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PRL-R monoclonal antibody (D-7) was raised against amino acids 323-622 of PRL-R of human origin. PRL-R (D-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The prolactin receptor (PRL-R) is crucial for mediating the effects of prolactin, a 226 amino acid protein secreted by the anterior pituitary, which plays a significant role in numerous physiological processes such as cell growth, reproduction, and immune function.
