PEBP2β Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects PEBP2β in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PEBP2β, also known as Core Binding Factor β (CBFβ), plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression during hematopoiesis and osteogenesis by forming a heterodimer with the PEBP2α subunit, which is essential for DNA binding and transcriptional activation.
