p21-ARC Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects p21-ARC protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p21-ARC (E-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. p21-ARC protein, also known as ARPC3 (Actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 3) or ARC21 (Arp2/3 complex 21 kDa subunit), is a crucial 178 amino acid component of the Arp2/3 complex, which is essential for actin polymerization and the formation of branched actin networks. p21-ARC is primarily localized in the cytoplasm and cytoskeleton, where p21-ARC plays a vital role in maintaining the structural integrity of the Arp2/3 complex by interacting with p20-ARC.
