Rated 4 von 5 von Steven Pelech at Kinexus aus Strong and specific antibody for Western blotsThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and is highly recommended for Western blotting. There was medium-strong detection of MEK1 target in overnight serum-starved human MCF7 cells treated for 5 minutes with insulin on Western blots, and no significant cross-reactivities on these blots with any off-target proteins.
