Orai1 Antibody (G-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Orai1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Orai1 (G-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Orai1 protein, also known as ORAI calcium release-activated calcium modulator 1, ORAT1, or TMEM142A, is a 301 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that is crucial for the process of store-operated calcium entry (SOCE). Located at the plasma membrane, Orai1 serves as a pore-forming subunit of the calcium release-activated calcium (CRAC) channel, which is vital for mediating calcium influx in T-cells and thus plays a significant role in the immune response.
