NOTCH2NL Antibody (39-Y) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NOTCH2NL protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-NOTCH2NL antibody (39-Y) is available as a non-conjugated format. NOTCH2NL protein, also known as Notch homolog 2 N-terminal-like, consists of 236 amino acids and plays a critical role in the Notch signaling pathway, which regulates cellular interactions that determine cell fate during development. This pathway influences processes such as cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis in both embryonic development and adult tissue homeostasis. NOTCH2NL expression is observed in various tissues, indicating involvement in multiple signaling pathways, and dysregulation has been linked to several human tumors, where Notch proteins are often overexpressed or rearranged. Additionally, mutations in Notch genes, including NOTCH2NL, can lead to hyperplasia in the nervous system, highlighting NOTCH2NL′s importance in both normal physiology and disease states.
