Rated 5 de 5 de par works well on IHCWe used it for IHC (1:70) on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections of mouse testes. It works well, but there is unspecific staining in Sertoli cells (not blocked by peptide antigen, sc-9446 P). At least when we used Polymer Detection Kit and DAB for staining. It can be detected also by immunofluorescent secondary antibody.
