Is it possible to use as a neutralizing antibody?

Thank you for your inquiry. We do not know if this antibody, Histone H3 (C-16): sc-8654 can be used as a neutralizing antibody. The antibody has not been tested for any biological activity. This polyclonal antibody is currently recommended for detection of Histone H3 of mouse, rat, human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA.
