GRP1 Antibody (A-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects GRP1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GRP1, or general receptor for phosphoinositides-1, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and membrane dynamics due to its unique structure, which includes a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain and a Sec7 domain.
