Thank you for your question. This rabbit polyclonal antibody, GR (M-20): sc-1004, has been discontinued and is no longer available. We highly recommend as an alternative, our mouse monoclonal antibody, GR (G-5): sc-393232. This antibody has published data in WB, IF and IHC(P). And it has been published in two recent articles featured on our website (PMID: 26896766, 26088140).

Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent antibodyAntibody was deluted 1:750 in 5% milk, overnight on +4C. Bands detected on 94kDa, they were very clear and easy to quantify. High recommendation.

In particular, we used this antibody to detect protein levels in nuclear and cytosolic cell compartments in hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of mice and rats. Also, we used this Ab to detected GR levels in human lymphocytes. Better and clear bands are noticed in rat samples. In general, we are very satisfied with the obtained results from our samples. Dilutions of Ab, up to 1:1000.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Works well in Westerns and EMSAs with mouseUsed the concentrated (X) version of this antibody successfully in EMSAs with nuclear extracts from alphaT3-1 cells (mouse gonadotrope). Also worked in Westerns with a 1:1000 dilution.
