FGF-4 Antibody (19805.11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FGF-4 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FGF-4 antibody (19805.11) is available as a non-conjugated format. FGF-4 plays a crucial role in embryonic development and tissue repair, primarily by promoting cell proliferation and differentiation. FGF-4 influences growth and patterning of limbs and central nervous system tissues. FGF-4 interacts with specific receptors, such as fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs), which are essential for mediating biological effects. Dysregulation of FGF-4 signaling has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer and congenital disorders, making FGF-4 a significant target for therapeutic interventions.
