    SEE ALSO...

CD45RC Antibody (C455.1F) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that recognizes CD45RC in mouse samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD45RC, also known as PTPRC, is a transmembrane glycoprotein predominantly expressed in hematopoietic cells, where CD45RC (C455.1F) monoclonal antibody plays a crucial role in immune signaling. CD45RC functions as a phosphotyrosine phosphatase within its conserved intracellular domain, regulating tyrosine phosphorylation events initiated by the T cell receptor (TCR)/CD3 complex. CD45RC modulates signaling pathways activated by Src and Syk family protein tyrosine kinases, such as Lck, Fyn, and ZAP-70. These kinases are critical for T cell activation and subsequent immune responses, making CD45RC essential for proper immune function. Anti-CD45RC antibody (C455.1F) specifically targets the CD45RC isoform, generated through alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, enabling precise detection in various experimental settings and advancing our understanding of immune cell signaling and function.

How can CD45RC (C455.1F): sc-52494 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    Asked by: Professor Griffin
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-52494 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-52494 FITC).
