CD45 Antibody (2B11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to target CD45, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type C (PTPRC). CD45 is a crucial transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on all nucleated hematopoietic cells, playing an essential role in regulating immune cell signaling and activation. Located on the cell surface, CD45 modulates signal transduction pathways by dephosphorylating key tyrosine residues on Src family kinases such as Lck and Fyn, as well as on ZAP-70 from the Syk family of kinases.
