CALM Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects CALM in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CALM, or clathrin assembly protein lymphoid myeloid leukemia, plays a crucial role in the clathrin-mediated endocytosis process, which is essential for cellular uptake of nutrients and signaling molecules. CALM is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is involved in the assembly of clathrin-coated pits, facilitating the formation of vesicles that transport various cargoes within the cell.
