Rated 4 de 5 de par Used to detect c-Jun protein levelsThis antibody is very useful for cell compartment verification in animal tissue. In particular, we used this antibody to check the purity of nuclear cell extracts and to check any possible contamination by nuclear proteins in other cell compartments, such are cytosol or mytosol brain tissue of mice and rats. In general, we are satisfied with the obtained results, because Ab displayed high purity and clear bands in Western blot. Dilution up to 1:1000 for Western blot.
