TEX37 Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TEX37 of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TEX37 (D-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TEX37 , also known as testis-expressed sequence 37 or TSC21, is a 180 amino acid nuclear protein specifically expressed in the testis, playing a crucial role in spermatogenesis and male fertility. TEX37 expression is vital for proper development of germ cells, and disruptions in TEX37 function can lead to reproductive issues. The gene encoding TEX37 is located on human chromosome 2, which harbors numerous genes associated with various genetic disorders, including Harlequin ichthyosis and Alström syndrome. The unique structure of TEX37 , with nuclear localization, suggests involvement in regulating gene expression during spermatogenesis, making TEX37 an important target for studies related to male reproductive health.
