MULK Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects MULK in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MULK, also known as acylglycerol kinase (AGK), is a 422 amino acid protein localized to the mitochondrial membrane, where MULK plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism. MULK functions as a lipid kinase that phosphorylates monoacylglycerol and diacylglycerol, leading to the production of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and phosphatidic acid (PA).
