MEK-1 Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects MEK-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MEK-1 antibody (A-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MEK-1, also known as MAP2K1, plays a crucial role in the MAPK signaling pathway, which regulates cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and survival.
