Jagged1 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Jagged1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Jagged1 antibody (E-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Jagged1 plays a crucial role in the Notch signaling pathway, which is essential for various developmental processes, including cell fate determination and tissue differentiation. Specifically, Jagged1 acts as a ligand for Notch receptors, facilitating communication between adjacent cells and influencing developmental pathways.
