    SEE ALSO...

Integrin αM Antibody (M1/70.15.11.5.HL) is a rat monoclonal IgG2b antibody designed to target Integrin αM, also known as CD11b, ITGAM, Mac-1 α subunit, complement component receptor-3 α (CR3α), and macrophage antigen α polypeptide. Integrin αM is a vital heterodimeric cell adhesion molecule composed of the αM subunit paired with the β2 subunit, forming the Mac-1 or CR3 complex. This structural configuration is essential for mediating interactions with various proteins, including intracellular adhesion molecules (ICAM-1, ICAM-2), inactivated complement component iC3b, and fibrinogen, which are critical for leukocyte adhesion, migration, and phagocytosis. These interactions facilitate the adherence of immune cells such as neutrophils and monocytes to the endothelium, enabling migration to sites of inflammation and ability to engulf and eliminate pathogens. Anti-Integrin αM antibody (M1/70.15.11.5.HL) is raised against T lymphocyte-enriched C57BL/10 mouse spleen cells, with affinity for Integrin αM across multiple species, including mouse, rat, and human. Integrin αM monoclonal antibody (M1/70.15.11.5.HL) is validated for use in immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM), making this tool indispensable for researchers studying immune cell functions, inflammatory responses, and related pathological conditions. Anti-Integrin αM antibody (M1/70.15.11.5.HL) enables detailed investigation into the molecular mechanisms of immune cell adhesion and interaction with other proteins, supporting the development of therapeutic strategies for immune-mediated diseases.
