Integrin α1 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Integrin alpha 1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Integrin α1 (A-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Integrin alpha 1 protein plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signaling, functioning as a receptor that interacts with components of the extracellular matrix, such as collagen and fibronectin.
