In the data sheet , it was written the antigen is C-terminal , does the C-terminal region contain Tryosine domain?

Thank you for your question. This antibody was made against a recombinant protein fragment including the C-terminal 100 amino acid residues of human insulin receptor (accession#P06213). There are tyrosine domains within the C-terminus but since the antibody has not been epitope mapped, I do not know if the exact epitope includes a Tyrosine.
