  • El sistema incluye 1,0 ml de suero bloqueante normal de ratón, 250 µg, de IgG secundario monoclonal anti-cabra conjugado a Biotina , avidina y horseradish peroxidase biotinilada (reactivos ABC), sustrato de peroxidasa, cromógeno DAB y tampón de dilución DAB.
  • Tissue sections are first incubated with primary antibody. Biotinylated secondary antibody is added, followed by the addition of preformed ABC reagent. The target protein is visualized by incubation in peroxidase substrate.
  • Number of slides: 200
