Haloperidol hydrochloride (CAS 1511-16-6)

Haloperidol hydrochloride is a dopamine inhibitor selective for D2DR (K_i values are 1.2, ~ 7, 2.3, ~ 80 and ~ 100 nM for D2DR, D3DR, D4DR, D1DR and D5DR receptors respectively). Haloperidol is a subtype-selective NMDA inhibitor and also acts as a non-competitive inhibitor of NOS1 (nNOS) activity (K_i = 31 μM). Haloperidol hydrochloride is an inhibitor of D2DR, D3DR and D4DR.
